Feature requests

Chat4Agent is built from what people ask for. Missing a setting, an integration, a way to style the widget? Describe it here. We read every request, and the ones we take on go on the public board with their status, where anyone can vote for them.

How it works

New requests are reviewed within a few days. If we take one on, it is published on the board as Planned, moves to In progress when work starts and to Shipped when it is live. You hear from us by email either way.

Good requests

Say what you are trying to do, not only the button you want. A screenshot of your chat, a mock-up or a short recording attached below makes it concrete.

Something broken?

A bug is not a feature request: use the contact form with the reason Help, we answer faster there.
